Sometimes the best fitness is being able to keep up with your kids/grandkids, preventing falls, or simply staying free from injury during every-day tasks. I approach movement with corrective techniques and fun challenges to restore balance, flexibility, and mobility to make movement feel strong and comfortable - forever!
